It is becoming more essential that medical and behavioral health providers create integrated systems of care. However, there is no singular path to follow. Over the last 5 years, The Mississippi Integrated Health and Disaster Program (MIHDP) has successfully implemented an integrated health program by introducing social workers into primary care clinics in multiple counties.

This webinar will discuss the lessons learned in the development of the program and share with participants some of the key components that helped make the MIHDP program a success.
