Rural Hospital Board and Leadership Training

This is a free training extended to the first 2-3 hospitals desiring to participate.  The training is primarily focused on our rural, community hospitals.  We are keeping the numbers intentionally low so that we can key-in on each facilities' needs and nuances.

The goal of this training is to help facilitate discussions and education for both C-Suite administration as well as the hospital board to improve function, operation, and delegation of duties.  The program will consist of five, 90-minute workshops via Zoom for both administrators and board members.
